Saturday, October 3rd
Santa in the Sand
The same experience we photographed last year! Starts with 15 minutes on the blanket with a cute Christmas setup and your family, kids - whatever groupings you'd like - followed by 15 on the beach with Santa, who will be wearing his cool beach vacation outfit. You'll read books, pretend to surf, run, play and have fun!

Antique Santa in the Sand
This experience will take place under the beautiful trees at Fort Fisher.
Santa will be wearing his traditional Santa suit while sitting in an ornate, gorgeous wooden/red chair. Starts with 15 minutes of just your family under the trees - we can twirl, tickle, dance and get a few traditional 'posed' pictures. There won't be any props - the trees and your family is what the focus will be on! Then your child will spend 15 minutes with Santa chatting on his lap, sharing their Christmas list, and laughing.

NEW IN 2020 - TWO OPTIONS!
This year we're excited to announce two different options for families to choose between! Santa in the Sand is the same as last year on the beach, with the blanket setup you see pictured above. Antique Santa in the Sand has all the fun with a more traditional dressed Santa under the gorgeous trees at Fort Fisher.
Fun
There are two parts to each Santa in the Sand experience, which will give your children time to hang out as a family, get some great portraits, followed by a special, fun, engaging moment with Santa and Mrs. Claus!
Special Experience
Along with the memories we'll capture during your session, refreshments and cookies will be provided, as well as a station to write Santa a letter to take back with him to the North Pole. *Safety precautions will be taken to reduce the risk of germs*
Beautiful location
Taking place on our beautiful coast, you're sure to get lots of amazing, authentic images of your family for the holidays. Be prepared to tickle, hug, run, read books and have fun!
Timing
Even if you're a procrastinator (*coughmecough*) these sessions will take place in October & November, giving you lots of time to plan Christmas cards, get them ready to mail, and get them out before the New Year!
Weather
Having Santa in the Sand in October & November not only gives you time to get your cards ready, but it also provides for a warmer and more pleasant experience. You'll have more outfit opportunities since you won't have to bundle up as much! Come in a dress, pajamas, a bathing suit - whatever!
